St. Timothy's Lutheran School offers
Outstanding
Preschool  Curriculum
and SO MUCH MORE!

At St. Timothy’s Lutheran Preschool we offer

each child a nurturing, developmental and Christ-centered

education. Our preschool program is

theme based and hands-on. We provide a well rounded

curriculum that includes pre-reading

& phonics instruction, math & science, daily

art projects, music, library, worship & chapel,

special events and more. We inspire our young

children to be life-long learners who live their

faith. We believe that Preschool is a joyful time

to be a child!

Materials used for both our 3 and 4 year old

programs include: Zoophonics, Creative Pre-K,

and Voyages (religion curriculum).

Each week our children learn about the world

around them through a new and exciting theme.

Stories & poems, phonics, math, science, music,

and art are all integrated and celebrated through

our weekly themes.

Many of our favorite themes include: Our Five

Senses, Life on a Farm, Dinosaurs, Harvest &

Halloween, Thanksgiving, Transportation,

Christmas, Music & Movement, Zoo & Circus

Animals, Teddy Bears, St. Patricks’s Day, Turtles

& Frogs, Easter & Spring, Insects & Birds, Sea

Creatures, and more...

Widely regarded by students, parents and

alumni as one of the most enjoyable things

about the Preschool program at St. Timothy’s

are the Special Days. With a focus on our core

values, we celebrate together a wide variety

of events. Our Thanksgiving Feast, Pajama

Day, Green Eggs & Ham Day, Water Day, the

Preschool Luau and the Teddy Bears Picnic are

just a few of the wonderful, hands-on events

that we enjoy together.
