Club met on March 10, with 1st
grade parents hosting.
There were 12 attendees.

Enrollment
for the 2008-2009 school year is looking
good!

Our school
will have the first WASC accreditation
visit on April 25th.

The teachers
recently went to an inservice at
Campbell
Christian
School
. The
topic was Movement and Brain Development.
The teachers thought it was helpful
and came away with some good ideas.

The
financials look good.

One
particular thing of note is that Family
Dinner Nights have been a success!
School Board
Report: (James Moore)
Board update
included a handout on Marketing efforts,
including the upcoming phonathon, and General
School Board business.
How to increase volunteerism was also
discussed.
Other Business:
-
Mrs.
Williams, our Music Teacher requested
funding for the Spring Music Program
T-shirts and hats, and after voting the
funding was granted.
She also requested funding for the
Bag Piper to perform, a vote was held and
the funds granted.

Sally
Peterson spoke on the Yearbook, and
requested assistance.
-
The
End of the Year Classroom Gift from HSC
was discussed and voted upon.
We will be purchasing the
Accelerated Reading program.
Our next Meeting
is May 19, with the 2nd and 3rd
grades hosting.

are on our way to reaching our goal of $700.

our third class contest.

posted in the office if you would like
to see how your child’s class did.
Reminder
– Please keep clipping Box Tops!
We will be collecting them through out
the entire school year.
Collection cans are located in each
classroom and the school office.
Each Box Top is worth 10 cents to St.
Timothy’s!
The 4th and Final Box Tops
Class Contest will end in May.
Also, please remember to collect Campbell’s
Soup UPS Symbols (not the front label) and
used stamps along with your Box Tops!
