Extended Care
Programs
All extended care will be charged at a drop in rate. We will no
longer have contracted extended care. We will be providing
some discounting based on hours used. The hours will be billed
by the quarter hour, and computed weekly.
The rates for extended care are per child and as follows:
- 1 minute to 5 hours equals a rate of $6.00 per hour.
- Greater than 5 hours 1 minute to less than or equal to 15 hours, the rate is $5.40 per hour.
- Greater than 15 hours the rate is $4.80 per hour.
The hours for extended care are as follows:
- 7:30-8:45AM, 11:50-3:00PM and 3:00-6:00PM.
- Mid Day Care 11:50-3:00PM is for
Preschool only at this time.
- Extended Care will be billed weekly.
- The late fee of one dollar per minute for every minute after 6:00PM remains in affect.
Examples of how it will work:
- Your child is in Extended Care for 4 hours in one week. Your rate will be at $6.00 per hour.
- Your child is in Extended Care for 10 hours in one week. Your rate will be $5.40 per hour for that week.
- Your child is in Extended Care for 17 hours in one week. Your rate will be $4.80 per hour for that week.
CHILD CARE RULES
Parents must provide day care with names, telephone numbers of
persons allowed to take their children from the facility. Day
care personnel will only release children to authorized
parties.
Parents bringing students to A.M. Care must enter their
children’s names in the logbook. Caregivers will sign them out
and see that they arrive at their classrooms safely.
School staff will sign students into Mid-day care, and parents
will sign them out as pick-up occurs.
Drop-in care (A.M. & P.M.) needs no prior reservation.
Drop-in care (Mid-day) please make a reservation through the
school office.
Children must be picked up by 6:00 p.m.
LATE CHARGES: $1.00 per MINUTE
