Our marketing team is developing press releases for all the Spring events at St. Timothy’s!   In addition, look for advertisements in the “Resident” newspapers for our summer camps.   (5/17)

The School Board is proud to update you on our WASC certification process.  A team has been assigned to our school and will be on campus for an initial visit on May 22nd.   After this visit, we will proceed to follow the procedures necessary for certification.  (3/20, 4/10)

School Board and Church leadership met in February for a retreat to talk about both church and school goals.  Inspired by this meeting, the School Board has decided to establish a Strategic Planning Committee to work with the Church Council as well as guide our vision for the future.

Look for St. Timothy’s marketing efforts in your community.  You will be able to see our ads in the upcoming months in:  Bay Area Parent, Times Media and Bay Area Momma.  We will also had a booth at the Camp Fair Saturday, March 1st at Westgate Mall advertising our wonderful summer programs.  (3/13)

Our School Board goal of retaining more preschool and JK children has been realized for next year!  We have had extremely strong registration in JK and Kindergarten for the 2008-2009 school year from both our current families as well as external families.  In fact, our kindergarten is almost full and we will be opening a second JK class to accommodate all our students.  (3/6)

Both Preschool and our Elementary school will be offering a weekly themed summer camp this year.  Gayle Renken, Katie Peckham and Maria Bones have all worked very hard together to put together this worthwhile summer program that is sure to keep the kids entertained. (3/20)

The St. Timothy’s School Board met last Thursday, February 21st and we have many exciting items to report to our community.  This week will begin a series of mini reports of what the School Board has been working on.

We have two new School Board members!  The Church Council selects leaders from church members as School Board terms come due.  We are very pleased to have the following individuals join our Board:
Former school parent, Sharon Iburg (Jordan Boone, Class of 2005)
Former school parent, Bill Davis (Gabriel Davis, Class of 2006)
