Resplendent
Alumna
Jamyson
Tritch
We're so Proud of
Jamyson!
She's off
like a rocket and
the sky's the limit!

Jamyson has had a very busy 8th grade year
at St. Lawrence Middle School.
In December, she was awarded second place in the Serra Club
Essay contest. The topic of the essay was
“How Can I
Follow Jesus In My Life”.
Jamyson
has been on the Honor
Roll both semesters for earning A’s and B’s on her report card.

In addition, she has earned the “Spirit of St. Lawrence” award both semesters for earning A’s in conduct, homework, and effort.
In January, she won second place at the middle school
science fair for her project on the effects
of
reusing water bottles.
Jamyson has earned acceptance to Presentation All Girls Catholic High School for the fall of 2008.

Jamyson
is a dazzling example of what a clever, bright, and
sophisticated person can accomplish when she builds upon strong
spiritual and academic foundations.
We're
sure that her stellar success will continue and that every step
of her journey will be blessed.

Keep Reaching
for the Stars
Jamyson!

Loving
and Smart Alumna
Ashley
Abel
We're so Proud of her
Achievements
as well as of
her Care and Compassion!
Intelligent
... Compassionate ... Articulate ...
Generous ...
Just a few of the words that describe the
unstoppable, energetic, force
that is Ashley Abel.

Excelling in so
many different areas, she's busy as
a bee, but still
completely charitable with her time.
At twelve
years old, in sixth grade, Ashley
provides a inspirational example for all us of what it
means to demonstrate both Academic and Spiritual excellence.

At
Santa Teresa Elementary she has made the Honor Roll
and was the only
student in her school to earn a Certificate for Extra Work and
Excellence in Visual and Performing Arts (for making time lines for
fifteen different composers). In addition, Ashley was
recognized with the Panther Pride Award for "being an all
around stellar student who always completes every task to the
best of her ability" and has received formal accolades
from both her music and writing teachers.
Ashley
also enjoys taking part in 4-H, and has adopted a pet chicken named
Annie. Since September she has become a band member and is
learning how to play the clarinet. Three times a week she gets up extra early
and volunteers at her school – helping first graders in Language Arts and Reading.
Ashley
has two birds, a cat, a dog, a 50 gallon fish tank, two guinea pigs, and a
chicken. Is it any surprise that
she feels that it is really important to give to animals?
In her 'spare' time, Ashley has been working on raising money for the animal shelter since last summer.

Along with her friends, she holds lemonade stands that attract
a lot of people. She says that the amount she's raised so
far "isn't much," but she's persevering.

Exemplary
... Praiseworthy ... Principled ...
Thriving
Ashley!

Awesome
Alumnus
Graham Dietz
This Master of
Multi-Media
is Multi-Talented!

If
you've been
to a St. Timothy's event that includes a slide show
or sound system, then you've seen and heard Graham's work.
For
the past few years, Graham has been sound engineer for VBS week, has made
VBS DVDs, and has been working power point at the 11:00
service. He does sound for weddings, occasional Saturday night worship services,
and events at St. Timothy's. Graham works often with the church photo
team. The Harvest Dinner and St. Tim’s graduation
video presentations are nice examples of his outstanding skills.
Graham also manages the St. Timothy's youth group website, named The Fourth
Wall. It is the church’s first dedicated youth website.
Check it out*
http://www.freewebs.com/thefourthwall/index.htm
The biggest feature on the website is the “What’s New” page where
Graham posts information about upcoming events for the youth group to check.
Under “Event Photos,” you can find photos and videos of past youth
and church events.
He also has a
guest book for people to sign and a Forums page for discussion.
There's even a prayer page, where people can send requests
so everyone can pray for them. It's a great looking, well
designed site, with strong features, and lots of useful
information. It offers a great opportunities for our
youth to connect with each other and to share their St.
Timothy's experiences.
Graham
does do some things that don't have wires attached. He
is in his third year of Japanese at Leland High School earning
college credit.
Graham
is active in the Youth Group and in Sr. High Bible study.
In addition, he has been helping Chris Kambish (St. Timothy's Director of Youth
& Family Ministries) along with a few others to plan and
help out at youth events.
Graham shows us
every day how
combining the
Academic and the Spiritual
can result in awesome success!
We're
Proud of You
Graham!
*One
small note, Graham wanted us to warn you the service we use to
host youth website is undergoing some changes and adding new beta features. So, on the off chance you encounter an error with the site,
he would suggest waiting a little while, restarting your browser and trying again.
