Admissions Procedure
When interested in applying for admission to St. Timothy’s,
the following procedures should occur:
1. Obtain an application for St. Timothy’s in one of the
following ways:
• Come to the school office and pick up an application form.
• Call the school office (265-0244) and ask that an application
be mailed.
• Download an application from the website.
2. Return the completed application form to the school office.
• If entering St. Timothy’s for the 1st time, proof of date of
birth (birth certificate) and proof of immunizations are
required.
• If entering our Preschool, a registration fee will be due at
the time of application. There is no screening process for
preschoolers.
• If entering Junior Kindergarten through Grade 5, the
prospective student will need to take a screening test. The
test will be scheduled at the time of application. Acceptance
for enrollment and grade level placement are based on the
outcome of the screening test. 3. After
the screening process has been completed and the student has
been accepted to St. Timothy’s, the enrollment may occur. A
student that has been accepted at St. Timothy’s is considered
enrolled when the registration fee has been paid and all
required forms have been completed and returned to the school
office.
