Tuition

The school board is very aware of the financial sacrifices that your family makes to send your child to St. Timothy's Lutheran School. They have put into place several programs that will help lessen the burden.

Tuition Lock Program
Families that enroll their children in the elementary school (JK through 5th grade) will lock in their rate of tuition. Your tuition will not increase for their remaining years at St. Timothy's.

Tuition Management Program
St. Tim's is now partnering with FACTS/Nelnet Business Solutions, the nation's leading provider of tuition payment plans. FACTS offers a variety of options to help parents manage tuition payments. Click here to learn more about the many ways FACTS can assist parents.

New families and existing family that do not have a FACTS Managment account for last year including those who paid using credit card or paid account in full, please click here to setup up your online account with FACTS Management.  You will need to put in your family information along with your bank account for which you would like to make your tuition payments from each month.  This needs to be done in order for your registration to the next school year to be complete.

Discounts

Evaluation Fee
$75.00 Kindergarten & Elementary Evaluation Fee for new students - due with application

Scrip-Gift Cards
Mandatory Scrip purchase of $500.00 per family per year. Buy out option is $100.

5th Grade Science Camp
The fee for 5th Grade Science Camp is $350.00 due prior to going to camp.

Payments
Payments are made in 10 monthly payments (August - May) or lump sum due by August 1st.

Volunteer Hours
Mandatory 15 hours per family. Buy out option is $25 per hour.

Extended Care
Drop in extended care is available at a rate of $8.50 per hour per child or contracted daycare.
